Fireflies pricing: pay for the workflow your team will actually use.
Fireflies has a permanent Free tier and three paid tiers. The headline price is only part of the decision: paid workspaces are billed per seat, annual billing lowers the monthly equivalent, and some AI features use separate credits.
Current list prices
- Free: $0.
- Pro: $10 per user per month billed annually, or $18 billed monthly.
- Business: $19 per user per month billed annually, or $29 billed monthly.
- Enterprise: $39 per user per month, billed annually.
The cost small teams overlook
Every admin or member added to a paid workspace counts as a seat. Mid-cycle additions are prorated, while removing someone reduces future seat count rather than refunding the current cycle. Model the full team cost, not the price of one account.
Annual billing is cheaper on a monthly-equivalent basis but reduces flexibility. A new team should prove the workflow on Free or a short monthly period before committing for a year.
Core plan versus AI credits
Fireflies describes transcription and standard AI summaries as core plan capabilities, while some additional AI actions use credits. Review the current credit rules and auto-upgrade behavior before enabling optional AI features across a workspace.
A practical upgrade rule
- Stay on Free while evaluating capture quality and whether anyone revisits the notes.
- Choose Pro when individual users need a durable paid workflow without advanced administration.
- Choose Business when shared controls, team analytics, and centralized processes justify the extra seat cost.
- Choose Enterprise only when procurement, security, storage, or policy requirements make it necessary.
