Independent software guidance
About QuietBrief Media.
QuietBrief Media is an independent publishing name operated by Robert Hafner in Austria. It creates practical buyer guides for teams evaluating AI meeting assistants and related workflow software.
What we publish
QuietBrief turns changing product features, capture methods, privacy questions, and workflow tradeoffs into focused comparisons. The goal is to help a buyer run a useful pilot—not to produce the longest possible software directory.
Publisher and researcher
Robert Hafner operates QuietBrief Media and researches the site’s AI meeting-assistant guides. He checks product claims against provider documentation, help centers, pricing pages, privacy terms, and named institutional sources, then translates those findings into practical pilot decisions for small teams.
QuietBrief distinguishes document-based research from hands-on testing. A guide does not claim a standardized product benchmark unless the testing method and limitations are published with it.
How recommendations are made
Recommendations prioritize capture style, privacy and retention controls, workflow fit, and time-to-value. Product claims are checked against current provider documentation and linked from the relevant guide.
Commercial relationships do not buy rankings. When an affiliate relationship becomes active, it is disclosed clearly.
